Q2 Advocacy Update

Webinar Description:

There is no shortage of issues in the nation’s capital that directly impact motor carriers’ bottom lines.

On Capitol Hill, ATA is actively engaging on legislation to crack down on cargo theft, prioritize trucking in the highway bill, and enact meaningful tort reform.  Additionally, at the agencies, ATA has worked to inject common sense into rules pertaining to independent contractors, low NOx, and DEF.

Join ATA Chief Advocacy and Public Affairs Officer Henry Hanscom and his team as they provide an overview of our legislative and regulatory progress to date and preview the opportunities and challenges that still lie ahead.  In the webinar, they will break down key developments and offer insight on how they may affect your business.

A live question-and-answer session will follow.
