Trevor Uffelman has spent nearly 25 years working every side of a trucking claim, from the first phone call after the accident to the appeal of a jury verdict. His perspective is especially valuable as one of a small number of trucking executives who’s worn three career hats: a boots on the ground litigator, trucking in-house counsel, and insurance executive. He is currently the EVP of Risk Management and General Counsel for TCI Transportation where he oversees all corporate litigation, casualty claims, and risk activities. Before TCI, he served as General Counsel for a national LTL carrier, as General Counsel and Chief Claims Officer of a trucking-industry group captive insurer, and as defense counsel in private practice. Trevor has personally litigated hundreds of trucking casualty cases, personally tried many to verdict, and overseen the disposition of thousands more.
