Lock It Down: The Essential Process for Preserving Fragile Cell Phone “KnowledgeC” Database and Temporary Cache Evidence in Trucking Cases
Webinar Description:
Trucking accidents create high-stakes situations where critical evidence can disappear quickly, increasing the risk of spoliation. While “black box” data is routinely preserved, time-sensitive cell phone data, including “KnowledgeC” and “Location Services,” is often overlooked and can be lost within hours.
This data can be critical for either side, and failure to preserve it may lead to serious consequences, including sanctions. As technology evolves, knowing how to identify and secure this information is essential.
In this webinar you will learn:
- What key data cell phones store and why it matters
- How to preserve mobile device evidence before it is lost
- How this data can impact litigation strategy and trial outcomes
Join trial lawyer Zach Matthews of McMickle, Kurey & Branch for a practical discussion with real-world examples and actionable guidance on preserving, analyzing, and using cell phone data in litigation and at trial.
A recording will be provided to all approved registrants after the webinar, even if you are not able to attend.
