House Rules: The INs and OUTs of Building a Partnership with your Defense Counsel

Webinar Description:

Outsourcing legal work to outside legal counsel can be a powerful tool for achieving goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. Companies retain outside counsel for many different purposes, often in response to a significant event, such as anticipated or ongoing litigation, an audit or investigation, a major business transaction, or just for general advice.

Prominent in-house legal officers share their experience in a candid panel discussion that will provide practical tips on how to structure your outside counsel relationships and best practices for creating and maintaining sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with your outside counsel.
