About the Presenter: 

Amy Tracy, Tracy Law PLLC

Amy Tracy is a trucking attorney located in Little Rock, Arkansas with Tracy Law PLLC. Her niche practice focuses on rapid response, trucking defense, and general counsel services for motor carriers and their insurers. Ms. Tracy has previously served as corporate claims counsel for a regional motor carrier in Roanoke, Virginia working with general freight, heavy haul, and household goods. She is licensed in Arkansas and Virginia with her Texas license pending. She is honored to serve the trucking industry for 16 years as an attorney and is active with the Arkansas Trucking Association.  Ms. Tracy has passed a DOT medical exam and flatbed functional capacity test, helped design and implement a safety points system, participated in Orientation from various standpoints, trained dispatch, put out many fires, and took out a roadway sign with a trailer resulting in a claim reported to her department while learning to drive.
