About the Speaker:

Joe Kozubowski Certified EOS Implementer

Joe is a seasoned Relocation Industry Executive with over 37 years of experience.  He has held numerous Executive positions with SIRVA Moving Services Brands, Dependable Auto Shippers (now CarsArrive), and 1-800-PACK-RAT Moving and Portable Storage.  

His entrepreneurial journey began in 2008, when he launched a long-distance moving division for 1-800-PACK-RAT during the Great Recession. Starting from zero, he grew it to $32M in 3 full years. That experience sparked his passion for the start-up energy and for helping other entrepreneurs build strong, scalable businesses.

He went on to start a boutique consulting firm focused on helping Moving Industry leaders gain clarity, structure, and traction. One client reorganized and grew from 25 to more than 80 locations in less than 4 years—evidence of what’s possible with the right systems in place.

In 2021, he was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) and saw firsthand how it transforms leadership teams—improves clarity, health, discipline, and accountability almost immediately. He knew then that becoming an EOS Implementer® was the natural next step.

Today, he serves entrepreneurs as a trainer, facilitator, and coach, helping leadership teams master the EOS tools and disciplines to build better businesses and live better lives.
