Vaccine Resources

With two vaccines now authorized for use in the U.S., ATA is actively coordinating with our federation of state trucking associations to ensure our industry has priority access to the vaccines as supplies become available. Although a CDC advisory panel recently recommended that transportation workers be included in group ‘1c’ – following first responders, teachers and other select frontline workers in group ‘1b,' it’s important to underscore that these are only recommendations.

Decisions on vaccine access will ultimately be determined individually by each state over the coming weeks and months, and we’ll continue to work closely with our state associations to ensure governors provide our workforce with the priority access it needs to continue doing our essential work safely and efficiently through the end of this pandemic.
