ATA has also helped shepherd the introduction of high-impact bills that would repeal GHG3, overturn CARB mandates, expand truck parking, and protect independent contractors. Additionally, by engaging in the nomination process, ATA is working to shape the leadership composition of key agencies that will influence rulemakings affecting trucking’s ability to deliver the nation’s freight safely and efficiently.
