The series is complimentary for Truck PAC Chairman Club members and Truck PAC Presidents Club members. About the Presenter:

Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Member of the House Appropriations Committee

Representative Cuellar is serving his eighth term in Congress serving the 28th Congressional District of Texas, which includes the cities of Laredo, Mission, Rio Grande City, and San Antonio. Cuellar serves on the House Appropriations Committee and is the Vice Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security, while also serving on the Defense Subcommittee and the Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food & Drug Administration, and Related Agencies. Representative Cuellar also serves as Chief Deputy Whip for the 116th Congress. 

Representative Cuellar has been a champion for trade and trucking in Congress, and has consistently fought for the industry’s interests. Cuellar has established himself as an effective lawmaker who is able to work with his colleagues on both sides of the aisle.
