The Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) program: It’s not fuel tax and it’s not vehicle registration, but motor carriers – and many other transportation businesses – still have to pay UCR fees. Join ATA’s webinar on October 31 to find out more about UCR – in particular, how to comply! Annual registration for 2018 for UCR begins on November 1 this year. So this webinar on UCR is very timely – and it’s authoritative! The presenter is Bob Pitcher, who in addition to being ATA’s Vice President, State Laws, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the UCR Board of Directors.
