2026 Readiness – Preview for Transportation & International Trade

Webinar Description:

Get ready for 2026 by joining us to assess the trends and challenges that may influence transportation operations in the year ahead. Jonathan Todd will share the events that will carry over from 2025 as well as the upcoming calendar of milestones sure to shape carrier and shipper business. This is a time of great change. The terms “uncertainty” and “challenged” were used to exhaustion in the prior year – but with good reason. Our industry faced a degree of regulatory and trade policy evolution, as well as shifting government enforcement posture, unlike any years in recent memory.  Economic factors likewise continued to stress operations as new challenges emerged for shippers. January is a perfect time for us to reflect on lessons learned and plan for the road ahead in transportation and international trade law.
