Nashville, TN – Today, American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) and MVT Solutions (MVTS) announced they have signed an addendum to an existing Memorandum of Understanding on a new, collaborative partnership.
Under the terms of the addendum, TMC members will receive a 10 percent discount on MVTS fuel economy testing, and MVTS will continue to provide sponsored research content for TMC technical reports.
“TMC is pleased to be working with MVTS to provide its members with the opportunity for discounts on fuel economy testing which leverage the Council’s relevant recommended practices,” said TMC Executive Director Robert Braswell.
“MVTS is excited to officially kickoff the partnership with TMC and offer discounts to TMC members along with continuing to support Council programs that advance technology in this great industry,” said Daryl Bear, COO and lead engineer at MVTS. “TMC’s Annual Meeting was my first step to learning about trucking and where I first met Mesilla Valley Transportation – long before we formed MVT Solutions.
“We have had a long-standing partnership agreement with TMC to test technologies together, and offering a discount for a fuel economy testing is the next logical step in moving that partnership forward,” Bear added.
