Washington— In May, the ATA-MSC shared a white paper with PPA outlining concerns with respect to the Novations process and the DoW’s continued inability to grant approvals. Last week, PPA issued Advisory #26-0108 Change of Ownership Novation Update.
In response, ATA-MSC Executive Director Dan Hilton issued this statement:
"We appreciate PPA getting this process restarted and their work towards better enabling TSP’s the opportunity to put these new assets to work for the men and women in uniform in support of their PCS moves."
