About the Presenter:

Douglas B. Marcello, Esq. Marcello & Kivisto, LLC, is an attorney with a CDL who defends trucking companies in Central Pennsylvania and throughout the country. Earning his CDL provides great insight into the challenges of operating a tractor-trailer and the mechanical components of the equipment. For more than 30 years, Doug has litigated cases in Central Pennsylvania. As a life-long resident and practitioner in the region, he can prepare and evaluate cases from a Central Pennsylvania perspective. Doug is familiar with and has earned the respect of the Courts and opposing counsel in the area. He also represents transportation companies on their claims throughout the country. This ranges from immediately responding to the accident to litigating the case through a jury trial. Doug has been specially admitted as trial counsel in more than 35 states. Doug received his Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College, graduating magna cum laude with a major in political science. He subsequently worked for Price Waterhouse as an auditor. He then graduated from the Dickinson School of Law. Doug is currently a member of the Penn State-Dickinson School of Law Board of Overseers.
