About the Presenter:

Gregory M. Knight, CPA, Director, BKD, LLP

Greg is a member of the BKDnext® consulting group and has more than 14 years of audit and business advisory service experience. He has the ability to leverage enterprise data to model the economics of an organization. His data analytics models have provided insights into the cost drivers and underlying economics of clients in business transactions and value enhancement initiatives. Greg previously focused on assisting private equity and strategic buyers with financial due diligence and other strategic business services associated with mergers and acquisitions. He served midsize manufacturing and distribution companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million.
Over the course of many years building models, Greg has refined and formalized an efficient and robust financial modeling methodology. He is often called upon to assist in situations where reporting was previously unavailable or data sets are cumbersome. Greg is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, with a B.S. degree in business with an emphasis on accounting and operations management.
