FMCSA Update: English Language Proficiency Guidance and Enforcement

Webinar Description:

Join the ATA team as we host officials from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to discuss the new English Language Proficiency Guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and FMCSA. During this 30-minute webinar, FMCSA officials will discuss the revised guidance published earlier in May and outline the changes to enforcement that motor carriers and drivers can expect. FMCSA will also cover frequently asked questions as we move toward the June 25, 2025 Out-of-Service Compliance Date.
