Webinar Description:
It’s no secret that California’s employment laws present any number of hazards for motor carriers who do business there. In this webinar, Doug Farmer and Bob Roginson, partners at the law firm of Ogletree Deakins, will provide an update on new California laws that go into effect in 2018, which employers operating in the state need to be aware of. Doug and Bob will also discuss several important cases currently pending before the California Supreme Court, whose decisions will have further implications for employers. A question and answer session will follow.
