Apr 06, 2017

Arlington, Va. – Today, American Trucking Associations and DriverFacts, a leading provider of trucking industry compliance solutions, announced they have renewed their ATA Featured Product provider agreement.

“From helping to provide the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration with industry feedback on a national drug and alcohol clearinghouse rule, to encouraging skills-based driver training requirements, ATA continues to help trucking companies improve their safety performance, ” said ATA President and CEO Chris Spear. “We understand the importance of maintaining accurate employment data and are confident that DriverFacts’ mission is aligned with our own.”

DriverFacts is a web-based system designed to help carriers streamline management of driver records with secure, efficient and customized employment data solutions. Their system drives employee efficiencies and operational cost savings by freeing carriers from manual processing and allowing them to gain powerful business insights from their data.

Services provided by DriverFacts include automated responses to incoming work history verification requests from prospective employers; a Drug & Alcohol Assistant that provides efficient and compliant management of driver drug and alcohol testing to accelerate the pre-employment process; a DriverPortal that automates driver requests for corrections and rebuttals to information appearing on their work history reports; automated employment verification when making hires; and fully customizable reports that show valuable insights, including which current employees’ records are being searched, empowering carriers to focus on retaining drivers at the highest risk of leaving.
