About the Speakers:

Sylvana Bonner, Managing Director – Safety, FedEx 

As managing director of Safety at Federal Express Corporation, Sylvana Bonner leads a dynamic team of professionals responsible for the strategic development of programs, policies, and procedures designed to keep employees, vendors, and community safety. Sylvana and her team leverage data to create strategies and programs that improve accident and injury frequency by mitigating risks for employees and the company. Sylvana takes special interest in leadership, development, mentorship, and employee engagement. Her view on servant leadership is inspired by FedEx’s People First philosophy, which focuses on the needs of our people ahead of other interests to drive business results. Sylvana has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in IT Project Management from Robert Morris University. Sylvana and her husband have four children ranging from 18 to 26. They enjoy travel, music, and Marvel movies.  

Linda Sirianni, Managing Director of Safety, Sustainability, and Fleet Maintenance, FedEx 

Linda Sirianni is the Managing Director of Safety, Sustainability, and Fleet Maintenance at FedEx. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her MBA from Duquesne University. Linda began her career in Internal Audit at Dollar Bank and has been with Federal Express Corporation (FEC) for 18 years. Throughout her tenure, she has worked in various departments at FEC, including Internal Controls, Finance, Contractor Support, Fleet Maintenance, IT Project Management Office, and most recently, as the Senior Manager in the Safety, Sustainability, and Fleet Maintenance department. 

Linda has been honored with several awards, including the Five Star Award at FEC, which is the company's highest accolade for outstanding work. She is an alumna of Leadership Pittsburgh and has volunteered with numerous non-profit organizations, such as Strong Women Strong Girls, Bricolage, Special Olympics, Salvation Army, The Greater Pittsburgh Community Foodbank, Three Rivers Youth, and the Alzheimer’s Association. 

In her personal life, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about staying physically active and has completed numerous half marathons as well as marathons.
